Electrophoresis ultrafiltration equipment is an essential equipment in electrophoresis coating. It has 4 functions:
(1) reclaim the electrophoretic paint which is washed from the surface of the workpiece to avoid the environmental pollution caused by the waste water discharged with paint.
(2) reuse of electrophoretic paint after recovery can save 30% of the cost of electrophoretic paint purchase.
(3) the newly produced ultra filtration machine can provide flushing water for the electrophoresis bath, and can form a closed circulating water washing system.

(4) through the appropriate discharge of ultra filtration, remove all kinds of ions in the electrophoretic paint tank during the production process, and stabilize the electrophoretic paint working fluid.

The basic principle of ultrafiltration is ultrafiltration, a membrane separation technique with a porous asymmetric structure.
The filtering process is to film on both sides of the differential pressure as the driving force, the separation process of a solution by mechanical sieving principle as the foundation, the use of pressure is usually 0.01-0., 3Mpa, microporous membrane pore size is roughly 0.005-1 |um, MWCO 1000-500000 Dalton, so the membrane separation process has been regarded as a a simple physical separation process.
There are three cases in the process of ultrafiltration:
1) the solute produces adsorption (primary adsorption) on the membrane surface and the pore wall.
2) the size of the solute is similar to the pore size of the membrane, and the solute is mechanically intercepted at the surface of the membrane to achieve Sieving (blocking).
3) the diameter of the solute is larger than the pore diameter of the membrane, and the solute is mechanically intercepted at the surface of the membrane to realize sieving.
