Production coating equipment process: we all know that aluminum alloy surface adhesion is poor, direct spraying paint is difficult and aluminum surface has good adhesion, even if barely coated, and soon fall off. So, how do you increase the adhesive force? You need to make a primer on the base of the aluminum alloy to increase the adhesion of the paint, and then spray the paint. First, before spraying preparation and conditions: 1. weather conditions: the choice of construction paint must be in good weather conditions, in the rain, fog, snow and dust under the condition of large prohibited construction, optimum temperature spraying construction is about 25 degrees Celsius, humidity below 80%RH. 2. base material treatment: aluminum alloy base material should be polished, oxidized and so on. The surface should be rust removal, oil removal, and to ensure clean, dry, no dirt, dust removal, filling, paint spraying, and before spraying to ensure the drying of the base material. 3. spray gun standard: spray can use the caliber of 1.5-2.0mm spray gun, spray gun pressure should be adjusted to 3-4kg/cm2. The fog range is adjusted to medium pressure to 3-4kg/cm2. Spray the workpiece surface evenly and spray it evenly for 2-3 times. Proper adjustment of the amount of oil, oil content is too small, the film surface is prone to particles. 4. air compressor: before construction, air compressor and filter should be removed water in order to avoid film pinhole. Two, primer spray: 1. in the aluminum alloy surface to achieve good surface treatment effect, (no oil, dust-free, surface roughness), can spray aluminum alloy dedicated epoxy zinc rich primer. The primer has a good adhesion to the aluminum alloy surface, especially a two-component epoxy zinc yellow primer. The paint has high adhesion, toughness, hardness and so on. It has good compatibility and good performance. 2., mixing ratio: Primer: primer, curing agent: diluent =4:1: moderate amount. Mix the paint for 5 minutes before mixing. With a more accurate electronic scales, according to the mixed proportion weighing, to ensure accurate matching. After the paint has been mixed, stir it with clean aluminum bars or iron bars until it is completely homogeneous. During construction, be careful not to mix other kinds of paint, solvent and so on. Pay attention to keep the spraying environment clean. After mixing, the 2H is used up. After the environmental temperature is greater than 30 degrees, the mixing time can be shortened. 3. spraying, in order to achieve the best results, you can spray two times.
